On June 19 & 20, 2026, Deal's infrastructure is moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This migration is an investment in the platform's long-term performance and reliability.

Maintenance time:
June 19, 2026, 5 p.m. US Pacific time / 8 p.m. US Eastern Time
June 20, 2026 2 a.m. CEST / 9 a.m. JST

Impact:
During this maintenance window, Inpart Deal, the Outlook add-in, the Opportunity Portal, and the Admin Center will be unavailable.

Monitoring - Dear user,

We are currently experiencing two issues affecting Deal users: All users are unable to access the Database panel, and users with a data connection between both the Risk&Issue and Assessment modules and PowerBI have lost their connection.

We identified that this issue is due to a lost connection with one of our third-party providers. We are actively working to restore full service as soon as possible. We will provide an update once the issues are resolved.
