Update - Update:

Following our final readiness reviews and taking into account the upcoming BIO conference period, we have rescheduled the planned AWS migration.

The maintenance window will now take place on June 26 & 27, 2026 (depending on your time zone) instead of the previously communicated June 19 & 20 schedule.

The expected impact remains unchanged, and this additional time allows us to complete further validation activities while minimising potential disruption.

We will continue to provide updates on this page as the maintenance window approaches.

On June 26 & 27, 2026, Deal's infrastructure is moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This migration is an investment in the platform's long-term performance and reliability.

- June 27, 2 a.m. CEST
- June 27, 9 a.m. JST

Impact:

Monitoring - Dear user,

We are currently experiencing two issues affecting Deal users: All users are unable to access the Database panel, and users with a data connection between both the Risk&Issue and Assessment modules and PowerBI have lost their connection.

We identified that this issue is due to a lost connection with one of our third-party providers. We are actively working to restore full service as soon as possible. We will provide an update once the issues are resolved.
