- From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. CEST for Europe.
- From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CEST for North America.
- From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. CEST for Asia.

During this maintenance window, the production environments of the application will be briefly unavailable.

Resolved - The cause of the incident has been identified and solved. The application is now fully operational again.

Investigating - Since 02:00 CEST (00:00 UTC) on October 14, some users have been unable to access Deal or have seen slow response times and intermittent errors.

Our team has taken corrective actions, including a full platform restart and the service is currently available. We are still investigating the root cause, and some users may continue to see slowness or errors in the meantime.

We will post an update here as soon as we have more information. We apologise for the inconvenience.
