Due to a failure from one of our hosting providers, services relying on the integration between our Deal and Classic platforms were disrupted today from 00:02 a.m. to 3:24 a.m. CET, causing periods of unavailability for clients using both platforms.
The issue was escalated and solved with our service provider. Connectivity was restored, after which services returned to normal. We are conducting a root cause analysis with them to help prevent future occurrences.
